Developing Nottingham Indie has been a gradual process over a number of years, from discussions in the pub about feeling Nottingham has as much to offer as some of the other major UK hubs like Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and Leeds. After a having a Sunday afternoon drink in Beeston we decided to set up Nottingham Indie.

We've a passion for a rife independent scene with community and individuality at the centre.

We have always been very passionate about Nottingham’s potential as a city with its friendly people, stunning buildings, parks and countless hidden gems lurking in its historic streets – we want to celebrate Nottingham, it's individuality and the independents who make it what it is.
